In the past two years, I have
rekindled my love of hot glass. Instead of manufacturing sheet
glass and pressed goods, I have been working on a more artistic expression
in the hot glass medium. I was always fascinated by the blown wares
of Tiffany Studios and Tiffany Furnaces, but I had never really considered
expressing myself in this medium. Then a hot glass shop opened in
my city, and after my first visit, I was hooked. Of course, my main
source of inspiration, as it has been for stained glass, is the work
of Tiffany.
This is a very small sampling of work that I have
created in the last two years, and more is being made every month.
I am addicted to this medium.
